We are looking for someone who can work well under pressure with confidence and composure, who is intelligent and organized with great written and verbal communication skills.
We need a fast learner who excels in the following areas:
Customer Service with documentation and follow through File Preparation and Completion with documentation and follow through Management Support Multitasking Organization Prioritizing Project Completion and follow through Accuracy Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook Punctual and Reliable Detail Oriented (must be willing to follow procedures) QBO experience preferred Experience working in a Construction office preferred Daily and weekly tasks will include but not limited to invoicing & follow up, scheduling, making job folders, job closeouts, ordering materials, time tracking, Compensation will be based on experience, Please email your resume' with salary request.
