Summary:

Under the direction of the Sr. Director of MIS, the Enterprise Applications Manager is responsible for evaluation, planning, development, maintenance, and support of all enterprise applications used by Accounting, Engineering, Human Resources, and Manufacturing, including MESA, Oracle, FabTime, Paycom, SQDR, and TEDS. This position is located in Milpitas, California.

Essential Functions:

  • Manages, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the department; makes employment-related decisions as necessary, including hiring and terminations
  • Partners with vendors and outside consultants as needed to configure application systems, launch new programs, and train users
  • Develops, maintains, and supports all existing enterprise application systems in use by various departments within the Company
  • Troubleshoots issues to ensure uninterrupted system availability and functionality
  • Researches, evaluates, tests, and recommends upgrades to existing systems, including planning, budgeting, and implementation of new applications
  • Develops and maintains programming standards and documentation requirements
  • Manages projects of various scope, schedule, and budget; ensures appropriate planning to ensure minimal system downtime
  • Analyzes usage and database functionality to ensure system optimization and data integrity
  • Partners with various departments, including Accounting, Human Resources, and Payroll to provide application support during annual audits
  • Maintains, supports, and administers product and process configuration in MESA through the Change Control Notification (CCN) process
  • Adheres to all safety policies and procedures as required
  • Performs other duties of a similar nature or level
    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or MIS and/or equivalent relevant experience
  • Five years of hands' on experience working in enterprise application development, maintenance, and implementation
  • Two years of experience working as a supervisor or manager or in a program manager role
  • Strong experience using MESA, FabTime, Paycom, Oracle, or similar programs ERP systems
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications
    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Knowledge of enterprise applications, including maintenance, planning, development, debugging, and testing
  • Knowledge and ability to support various applications, including MESA, FabTime, Paycom, and Oracle
  • Knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office applications to create spreadsheets, Word documents, and presentations
  • Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of employees and management
  • Able to manage, motivate, and evaluate employees of various skill levels
  • Able to work productively and collaboratively with all levels of employees and management
  • Able to comply with all safety policies and procedures
  • Demonstrated ability to follow complex verbal or written instructions

    The annual base salary for this full-time position is between $128,698.50-$170,000.00

    benefits. Within the range the individual pay may differ depending on additional factors including job responsibilities, job related knowledge, skills, abilities, education, and experience. The annual base pay range shown is subject to change and may be modified periodically.
    WORKING CONDITIONS:

    The Enterprise Application Manager works primarily in an office environment from Monday thru Friday. The schedule may be altered from time-to-time to meet business or operational needs; may travel from building-to-building, stands and walks; performs various fine grasping movements, bends, and twists; operates a computer and enters information using a keyboard, operates a telephone, and other office equipment. May occasionally be required to push, pull, or lift up to 20 pounds.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
