We are seeking a sharp individual to assist with Mobile Development Management. Work for an established Bay Area Company, a developer of Enterprise Software, merging more into the mobile space. This is not a start-up, but a company that is developing new products.
Work with S/W Developers, Marketing Executives, SQA Engineering, IT, Operations, and/or other departments, including possible vendors, etc...and of course, with customers/end-users of products
Work with Cloud-Based and Mobile / Hand-Held Device products and technology, which was originally developed in Germany
Mainly selling by phone, some outside client visit sales, throughout The SF Bay Area, and/or US. Territories to be better-defined as SE "comes up to speed"
Visit clients do conduct Demo's and/or Basic Installations, up-grades and configurations of platforms, s/w, etc...
iOS, Android, etc...
Help clients with set-ups (like setting up SalesForce for a company, but not quite to the level of setting up or doing an Oracle or SAP Implementation)
Pre and Post-Sales configs, set-ups, etc...
Report to and take direction from CMO
Some training of actual product could be conducted by any technical groups within the company, including, possible trip to Germany to for initial training

Technical Sales person who can talk & sell technology
Must be able to work Inside (phones) and Outside (on-site client visits) Sales Desk
Mobile Space Knowledge
Understanding of Cloud-Based Products
iOS and Android products understanding (and configuration abilities)
This does not necessarily mean an understanding of Apple's products or Google's products. This means, an understanding of the Mobile Platforms or Mobile O/S's that Apple and Google have created, and how those platforms are used by other companies, with the products that 'they' develop
Able to learn company products quickly
in person at client sites
Able to do on-site installs for companies, once they are trained on products
Must be a "Turn-Key Player" - (able to jump right into projects)
Able to Travel, locally, potential US sites, and possibly to Europe (Germany) for some training
Must be a Flexible Team Player
Great Communication Skills Required

Strong understanding of Mobile Products and Mobile Space preferred
Operating Systems, Platforms, Devices, Browsers, etc...
Any S/W Knowledge, such as hands on DEV (development) skills or schooling, programming or s/w testing skills is a plus, but N/R
Any formal sales training is a big plus
BSCS or appropriate degree is a plus

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
