years in Windows Phone development (Mandatory)
Experience developing in C/C+
and C# (Mandatory)
Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Phone Player Framework
Strong object-oriented background
Experience in writing networking applications using UDP multicast
Ability to write complex code to solve difficult problems
Computer Science degree or equivalent (BS, MS, PHD)
Highly Desirable Skills:
Experience with revision control systems (Subversion and Git preferred)
Familiarity with Agile software development
Familiarity with video codec and compression technologies
