Qualifications
- Technical Skills: 5
years of Salesforce development experience. Preferably someone with certified SDFC advanced developer or architect
- Communication Skills: Strong. Someone who can interface Business Analysts, testers, Managers and articulate issues & status.
- Functional Domain: Strong. Very familiar with standard salesforce modules (Cases, KB, LiveChat)
- Team Management: 2
years of experience managing offshore/onsite teams (minimum 5
team size)
- SFDC 401 Certification .
