Provide electrical and physical failure analysis of complex analog integrated circuits. Detailed job duties include: Determine the cause of failure by first characterizing the part on the bench; collaborate with design engineers regarding cause of defect and prevent reoccurrence; help customers correct problems with their board or test methods; generate reports detailing the root cause of failure and corrective action; work with the responsible engineering groups to develop and implement the corrective actions for further improvement of products' quality and reliability. Minimum Job Requirements: Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering, must have knowledge of device physics, analog circuit, circuit design, schematic layout, I.C. manufacturing processes in fab; has the ability to read schematics and build bench fixtures.
