Job Description: Develop specific marketing plans and activities for specific products or product lines to establish, enhance or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena. Develop business plans and product positioning in the marketplace. Oversee market research, monitors competitive activity and identifies customer needs. Establish pricing strategies. Work with engineering, manufacturing and sales to develop new products or enhance existing product(s) or product line(s). Reduce broad concepts and business strategies into structured product marketing plans. Oversee market research, monitor competitive activity, and identify customer needs. Lead new product definition and business plans with joint departments. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Core responsibilities are to provide field technical marketing and sales support to the KT Customer Group Business Unit and WIN Division. Including but not limited to, understanding of BrightField & DarkField Wafer Inspection technology, customer use cases, competitive landscape and to help plan KT BU Account Strategy. Will also be required to build strong customer relationships, establish technical credibility and penetrate at all levels of the customers technical organization. Works closely with WIN Division Product Marketing to develop and negotiate technical specifications, customer demos, onsite evaluations and implementation of KTs marketing best practices.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics or related technical field followed by 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in an engineering- related occupation.
Education or experience in:
1. Semiconductor industry;
2. Cleanroom experience;
3. Image analysis;
4. Defect scatter physics;
5. Project Management;
6. Data analysis;
7. Manufacturing Applications; and
8. Technical presentation skills.
