Program Managers
SanDisk Corporation needs Program Managers in Milpitas, California to assist the development and operations teams in planning, prioritizing and executing product qualification and successful product ramps. Coordinate the Product Life Cycle process compliance by ensuring phase checklist compliance and coordinating phase reviews, and provide enterprise-wide product development status information at weekly intervals. Publish monthly metrics on actual performance to commitments. Assist in decision making through detailed analysis and material preparations. Position does not have direct reports.
Employer will accept Masters degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related technical field and 2 years of work experience in job offered or 2 years of work experience in a product engineer-related occupation. Education or experience must include: 1. At least 2 years of experience in Flash storage industry in an engineering capacity; 2. VLSI Circuit Design; 3. Six Sigma; 4. Project management; 5. Semiconductor test flow process for flash storage devices, including memory controllers and NAND devices; and 6. New Product Development lifecycle from conception phase to mass production phase. Experience may be gained concurrently.
