- 3D NAND Product Development Engineer in Milpitas - Do you have a broad background in high-performance Non-Volatile Memory Product Engineering, an insatiable desire to innovate, and thrive on creative problem-solving?--If so, you may be a great addition to our growing 3D NAND team in the Bay Area.
- - As a 3D NAND Product Development Engineer, you will help shape Micron Technology, Inc.
-s future product portfolio by collaborating with global product and design teams on innovative design features and product development.
-You will build close business relationships with talented engineers across Micron to determine next-gen design ideas, developing 3D NAND products, design implications on manufacturability; test product features and debug early silicon, and verify design features.
- - Responsibilities include:
Provide expertise on 3D NAND Flash memory in the area of product engineering and design.
Contribute to the development of next-generation devices to achieve optimum performance, power, read window budget, and reliability.
Develop innovative solutions to improve NAND program, read, and erase algorithms.
Design and develop cell and array silicon characterization methods.
Define device trims and configuration for faster qualification and high yield.
Design experiments to characterize device performance, power, read window budget, reliability, and yield to the various configuration, voltage, and timing trims.
Provide product development & R&D support for the Next-Gen 3D NAND Flash products.
- - Strong Candidates will have:
Bachelor-s or Master-s degree in Electrical Engineering At least 3-5 years of experience in:
3D NAND Development NAND Product optimization for Performance, Power, and Reliability Trim and algorithm optimization Cell and array characterization Good working knowledge in statistics and probability.
Background in computer programming or coding.
Knowledge of Python and scientific computing is a plus.
